Frédérick Blanchette, CHRP / Partner
Frédérick manages the human resources consulting team and is responsible for overseeing all mandates. Since joining the division in 2003, he has been spearheading the projects involving organizational development, employee training, performance management, succession planning and organizational communication. Frédérick's human resources management skills have proven instrumental and effective to many of the firm's clients.

Elysa Rodier, CHRP / Principal Human Resources Consultant
Elysa received her Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Human Resources and Strategic Management from McGill University, and she recently received her CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation. Since joining Solertia in 2004, Elysa has been involved in human resources consulting services, and has built an expertise in organizational development, performance evaluations and employee training. Elysa’s vast experience has enabled her to develop superior client relationships which have been instrumental to the entire team.

Audraie Lecocq, CHRP / Principal Human Resources Consultant
Audraie joined Solertia Consulting Group following many years of experience working in diverse organizations from varied industries as well as having spent 3 years in China working in a training firm and writing for Network HR. Her experience combined with her competencies enable her to play a role of a strategic partner for her clients. She received her Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Human Resource Management and a Minor in International Business and she is a member of "Ordre des CRHA du Québec".

Marie Josée Normand, M.Sc., CHRP / Human Resources Consultant
Marie Josée is a Human Resources Consultant in the Solertia team. She has received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources as well as a Master of Management with a concentration in Human Resources from HEC Montréal. Her vast knowledge and experience has enabled her to develop a strong expertise in compensation management (Pay Equity and salary structure), performance management, employee manual and policies, and evaluation of HR programs’ performance (HR Audit).

Shruti Bhasin, CHRP / Human Resources Consultant
Shruti joined Solertia Consulting Group as a Human Resources Consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Human Resource Management. She has over 10 years of experience working as a consultant, including 5 years in professional services advising managers and executives. Her expertise is proven to be decisive in different HR aspects including recruitment, selection, effective communication, training, development of organizational guidelines and policies, and performance evaluations.

Guillaume Tahhan, M.Sc., CHRP / Human Resources Consultant
Guillaume joined the Solertia team as a Human Resources Consultant. He has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master in Organizational Development from HEC Montreal. He also holds the title of Certified Human Resources Professional from the CRHA of Quebec. While he worked as an intern at Solertia, Guillaume participated in the development of the Human Resource Audit service while completing his Master’s supervised project. Guillaume specializes in implementing measures of HR results for the firm’s clients.

Tanya Bishara / Tax Credit and Grant Consultant
Tanya joined the Solertia Consulting Group as a Tax Credit and Grant Consultant specializing in helping corporations in all business sectors obtain Tax Credits and Grants to help increase their business potential and growth. Tanya has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Concordia University. Growing up in a very business-oriented environment, she has a vast professional experience in the textile industry. This led her to develop a great interest for the fashion industry and extensive knowledge which has allowed her to excel in helping corporations in the fashion industry, as well as other industries. Tanya has an expertise in various government programs designed to increase business development. She helps her clients’ growth by helping them obtain the financial assistance for which they are eligible.
